Michael Jackson's Children Watched 'This Is It' In Private

Posted Wed Oct 28, 2009 10:44am PDT by Justin Mathews in Musictoob

Michael Jackson’s children watched This Is It at a private screening in Los Angeles last night.

The singer’s children, Prince, Paris, and Prince Michael II (also known as Blanket), avoiding Tuesday night's premiere and watched the movie away from the public gaze. They are all currently in therapy trying to cope with their father's death.

The late singer’s mother Katherine did not watch the movie, however, because she felt it would be too “painful” to watch her son’s final rehearsals on film.

Katherine Jackson said recently: “I don’t think I can bear to look at it right now. But eventually in time, I will watch it.”

LaToya Jackson said two weeks ago:“I have no plans to see it. It’s a bit too soon for me. It really is."

She also suggested that her brother might not have been happy with the film because it only shows him rehearsing and not giving his all.

However, she added: “I will support my brother in any way I can. I love him.”

i guess i didn't expect them to watch the movie with the general public. Their lives are so effected not by the death of their um, father, but by the isolation that now has become them thanks to their freaky father who i might add, was nothing more than a washed up has been. William Shatner has more going for him. oh, can't wait to see the movie-we are the world, i think. :0)
